# Bombay Broiled Turkey
## INGREDIENTS
* ¼ cup butter or margarine, melted
* 2 tablespoons lemon juice
* 1 tablespoon curry powder
* ½ teaspoon garlic salt
* ¼ teaspoon ground ginger
* 4 turkey breast cutlets (5 ounces each)
**SERVES 4**
## Make Ahead
Prepare the butter mixture up to 8 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Reheat before using.
## VARIATION
For a milder curry flavor, reduce the curry powder to 2 teaspoons.
## DIRECTIONS
**1.** Preheat broiler. Combine butter, lemon juice, curry powder, garlic salt and ginger in a small bowl; mix well.
**2.** Place turkey on a broiler pan. Brush turkey with some of the butter mixture.
**3.** Broil turkey 4 inches from heat, turning once and brushing frequently with butter mixture.
**4.** Broil until turkey is cooked through and juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife, about 10 minutes.
## Make It Quicker
* Turkey cutlets cook quickly because they are thin. Watch them carefully during broiling to prevent overcooking.
