## INGREDIENTS
* ½ cup mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
* 1 tablespoon lemon juice
* 2 tablespoons minced fresh chives

* ¼ teaspoon pepper
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 ounces each)
**SERVES 4**
## Make Ahead
Prepare the chive sauce up to 24 hours ahead. Cover and refrigerate until ready to use.
## VARIATION
For a different herb flavor, substitute fresh dill or tarragon for the chives.
## DIRECTIONS
**1.** Preheat broiler. Combine mayonnaise, mustard, lemon juice, chives, parsley and pepper in a small bowl; mix well.
**2.** Place chicken on a broiler pan. Brush chicken with some of the chive sauce.
**3.** Broil chicken, turning once and brushing frequently with sauce, until juices run clear when meat is pierced with a knife.
**4.** Serve chicken with remaining chive sauce.
## Make It Quicker
* Prepare the sauce ahead of time so the herb flavors have time to blend.
