## **Cheesy Olive Pizza**

### **Ingredients**

* 1½ teaspoons minced garlic
* 1 tablespoon olive oil
* 1 (12-inch) prepared pizza crust
* ¼ cup pizza sauce
* ½ teaspoon dried basil
* 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
* 4 ounces feta cheese, crumbled
* 2 Roma tomatoes, each cut into 6 wedges
* 2 ounces sliced mushrooms
* 12 sliced black or green olives

You can prepare the pizza through **step 3 up to 1 hour ahead**.
Refrigerate until ready to bake.

### **Directions**

1. **Prep crust.**
   Preheat oven to **450°F**.
   Combine garlic and olive oil; spread over crust.

2. **Sauce & seasoning.**
   Spread pizza sauce over crust.
   Sprinkle with basil.

3. **Layer toppings.**
   Spread **½ cup mozzarella** and all feta cheese over crust.
   Layer tomatoes over cheese.
   Top with mushrooms, then olives.

4. **Finish & bake.**
   Spread remaining cheese over pizza.
   Bake until cheese is melted, **about 10 minutes**.
