# Chicken in Chive Cream Sauce

## INGREDIENTS

2 teaspoons garlic salt
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 ounces each)
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
1/2 cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoons chopped fresh chives

## Make Ahead

You can coat the chicken with the garlic salt and flour mixture up to 2 hours ahead. Refrigerate until ready to proceed with step 2.
