## INGREDIENTS
* 6 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (4 ounces each)
* ¾ cup all-purpose flour
* 4 tablespoons butter, divided
* 8 ounces mushrooms, thinly sliced
* ½ cup water
* 1 chicken bouillon cube or 1 teaspoon bouillon granules
* 3 tablespoons lemon juice or white wine
* 1 cup half-and-half
* 8 ounces mozzarella cheese, thinly sliced
