# Lemon Herb Chicken

4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts (4 ounces each)

¼ cup lemon juice

¼ cup honey

1 teaspoon dried parsley flakes

1 teaspoon snipped chives
or
¼ teaspoon dried chives

¼ teaspoon freshly ground pepper
