**Southwestern Beef Tacos**
**INGREDIENTS**
8 (6-inch) flour
tortillas
1 medium avocado
2 tablespoons
vegetable oil
1 clove garlic, minced
1 pound lean ground
beef
1 medium onion, cut
into wedges
1 green bell pepper,
cut into strips
⅔ cup plus ½ cup
prepared salsa
½ cup sour cream
