## INGREDIENTS
4 (4-ounce) turkey cutlets
1/2 cup all-purpose flour, divided

1 (14.5-ounce) can chicken broth
SERVES 4
---
## Make Ahead
You can coat the turkey with flour and keep chilled for up to 4 hours before cooking.
---
## VARIATION
For a different taste, add 1/2 teaspoon dried tarragon to the sauce in step 3.
---
### 1
Coat turkey in 1/4 cup flour seasoned with garlic salt and pepper.
---
### 2
Melt 1 tablespoon butter in a skillet over medium-high heat. Add turkey. Cook until lightly browned, about 5 minutes per side; drain. Transfer turkey to a serving platter; cover to keep warm.
---
### 3
Heat remaining butter in same skillet; add mushrooms. Sauté for 5 minutes. Stir in remaining flour; cook until bubbly, about 4 minutes.
---
### 4
Stir broth into skillet. Cook, stirring continually, until slightly thickened, about 3 minutes. Drizzle sauce over turkey.
---
## Make It Quicker
• To eliminate any uncooked flour taste in the sauce, cook the flour in step 3 for at least 4 minutes before adding the liquid in step 4.
