The department of Computer Science at TSU offers high quality, student-centered undergraduate and graduate degrees. Student also can choose to concentrate and specialize in some top line fields. Below is the list of the degrees and concentrations at Computer Science: The Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) degree program in Engineering and Computational Sciences is a unique interdisciplinary program. It integrates the strengths of various disciplines of computer science, electrical and computer engineering, mechanical and manufacturing engineering, civil engineering, and systems engineering. The curriculum provides advanced knowledge and research experiences in the following concentration areas: (1) Engineering Systems and (2) Computational Sciences. The Electrical and Computer Engineering (ECE) Department offers undergraduate and graduate degree programs leading up to Ph.D. in Engineering & Computational Sciences. Our undergraduate program offers a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering (B. S. E. E.) and a concentration in Computer Engineering under the B.S. E. E. degree. The following programs lead to a Doctorate (Ed.D./Ph.D.) Degree: The graduate programs offer a Master of Engineering (M.E.) degree, a Master of Science (M.S.), and a Ph.D. in Engineering & Computational Sciences. The M.E. degree offers concentrations in Electrical Engineering and Bioengineering. The Electrical Engineering concentration offers emphasis in Control Systems and Robotics, Communication Systems and Power Systems. The MS is CISE is also available. The Ph. D. in Engineering & Computational Sciences – Engineering Systems, offers concentrations in Computer Communications and Networks, Control Systems and Signal Processing, and Computer Aided Manufacturing and Robotics.
